Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at www.danvilleinsulation.com or by engaging Danville Insulation for insulation services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses our website or requests services from Danville Insulation.
Danville Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Southside Virginia and Northern North Carolina, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, crawl space vapor barrier installation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, and related services.
All services are performed by licensed contractors in accordance with applicable Virginia building codes and local requirements. Services are subject to availability and service area restrictions. Contact us to confirm whether we serve your location.
Written estimates are provided free of charge after an in-person assessment of your property. Estimates reflect the scope of work discussed at the time of the assessment and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Estimates are not binding contracts. The final price may differ from the estimate if conditions discovered during the project require additional work or materials beyond what was assessed initially. We will notify you of any material change in scope before proceeding, and we will not perform additional work without your approval.
Verbal quotes provided over the phone are informal estimates only and are not binding. A written estimate following an in-person assessment is required before work begins.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to manage our crew schedule and give other customers timely service.
We reserve the right to reschedule if weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances outside our control affect the planned work date. We will contact you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
For spray foam projects, you are required to vacate the property for a minimum of 24 hours following application. Failure to arrange for this may require rescheduling of the project.
Payment terms are stated in your written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. A service fee may apply to credit card transactions - this will be disclosed before processing.
Deposits may be required for larger projects or jobs requiring special-order materials. Deposit terms will be stated in the written agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, except where we are unable to complete the project.
Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection through legal means for unpaid invoices.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty on labor and installation will be stated in your written project agreement. Material warranties are those offered by the manufacturer and are passed through to you as the customer - they are not extended or modified by Danville Insulation.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, fire, structural settlement, pest infestation, improper modification of work by others, or pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed at the time of assessment.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
